Cheating During Testing Classroom Map and Seats

Cheating During Testing does not ship a labeled tactical map in the lobby, so players search classroom map, best seat, and desk layout. Use this page as a layout checklist you run in the first thirty seconds after Join. Pair it with the Seat Strategy Tool for the buy-in habits (Shift Lock, sensitivity). This page is the geography.

Mid-page video is a classroom session with friends — watch how crowded desks change snitch angles, then ignore the chat and pick a wall.

Read the room before you sit

Count corners. Note the teacher’s likely entry. Note aisles that let them face a whole row at once. Back tables often see patrols without a big head turn. Front-center looks brave and creates extra angles. Side mids are the compromise when corners are taken. Do not walk the room after the paper spawns — walking is Anxiety and a report advertisement. Sit once.

BETA layouts can shift after Update Log. If a patch moved desks, trust what you see, then skim Latest Update.

Seat types, not seat numbers

There is no stable public numbering we can print without lying after the next BETA tweak. Rank types:

TypeWhy it helpsWhen to skip
Corner + wallFewest approach linesTaken, or a snitch already camping it
Back rowTeacher overview with small camera flicksYou cannot see the head without spinning
Side aisleOne open approachTwo aisles face you
Front-centerHead-reading practice for veteransYou still miss holster timing

If the only open desk is front-center, play the ~5 second entry window from Ultimate Cheater and then go conservative. Requeue if the lobby is snitch-heavy and the map is awful.

Teacher routes you can plan around

Community timing still holds as a planning assumption until your client disagrees: about 5 seconds of free cheating when the teacher enters, about 3 seconds while they punish someone else. Those windows are geography plus timing — Safe Windows. A corner that cannot see the door wastes the entry gift. A back seat that watches the door collects it.

Classmates are moving cover. A body between you and the head is a window. It ends when they sit down. Do not rely on it as a loadout.

Version letters on desks

Your sheet version is not the map. Two adjacent desks can still be Version A and Version B. After you sit, read the letter — Test Versions. The map tells you who can see your phone, not whose bubbles you may copy.

Density and 24-player rooms

Full servers add report incentives. Corners matter more. Phone bursts must be shorter. Chat is a trap. Hunger still ticks — Snacks do not fix a bad desk. If you are Credits-poor, geography is the upgrade you already own. Spend later via How to Get Credits.

Mobile and controller

Touch players should over-index on corners because peeks overshoot. Controllers need the same, plus higher look sensitivity. Mobile Guide covers input. The map rule does not change: fewer angles, smaller flicks, pencil after every look.

Thirty-second ritual

  1. Join, do not Shop yet.
  2. Scan corners and the door.
  3. Sit. Face forward. Open sheet. Read version.
  4. All-A. Wait for entry or a turned head.
  5. One photo. Holster. Write.

That ritual is the map. Gadgets from Shop Items multiply it. They do not draw the aisles for you.

When you should leave

Leave if every wall seat is taken by players who held phones last round. Leave if you spawned in a cluster that already shouted a catch. Public servers have no VIP escape. Requeue is a valid strategy tool.

Use this checklist every lobby. The classroom is small. The angles are not.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common classroom questions.

Is there an official Cheating During Testing map?

No published tactical map. Use seat types: corner, back, side, front. Confirm live after each Update Log.

Best seat for beginners?

Corner or back table. Details in Seat Strategy.

Does sitting together share Version A?

Not guaranteed. Check your sheet letter on Test Versions.

Should I move mid-exam?

Almost never. Walking raises Anxiety and snitch attention. Requeue after a catch instead.
